CHANGE--SOMETIMES A SCARY THING

Change is something many of us try to avoid, but we've been noticing in this last 18 months, GREAT change for us and almost everyone we know.  A lot of our friends and loved ones seems to be leaving the planet, moving, career change, relationship changes--and I have to admit some of the changes have made me sad.  I always remember Dr. Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra saying that change is life and ACCEPT it immediately.  I believe them, I just am not that great at it in certain areas! (sigh) 

We chose "CHANGE" as our theme for Weirdshift Weekend, and it turned out to be very cool.  As I was researching new songs about change I realized how much good music is out there about this subject!  And yes, it made me recommit to the possibility that change is good, spirit is alive and well in my life and that means there will be change.  I wanted to share how grateful I am for the Alchemist community no matter how many changes it goes through!  My son Daniel was in a roll-over car accident on the way home from Weirdshift Weekend with a dear member of the community.  As I heard later, all the emergency personnel from Tremonton, kept asking who are all these people that keep stopping--they tell us they are family!?  Yes, everyone was OK, (except our music system got killed)  LOL-very replaceable!  But our two loved ones and all our stuff was quickly picked up by the Alchemist Community all traveling home Sunday evening.  Thank you God that some things seem to be constant through the changes!  We appreciate all of you for loving the work, loving yourselves and lets assist one another through whatever changes life may be bringing in this new year!
