Alchemist training has been an open door to infinite possibilities. In the four months I've attended so far, I feel as if I've had more opportunities for spiritual growth and learned more tools than I have in the past four decades. The training is a gentle yet powerful transformative process which has assisted me in re-discovering my life's dreams and purpose. I get to do this in a safe, loving, supportive environment while witnessing and participating in the miracles everyone in the group is experiencing. I went through the Alchemists Authentic Leadership Intensive about 1 1/2 years ago. It has been one of the most influential experiences of my life. I understood I could let my light shine! I got it that I am "good enough". I learned so much about who I am and how I had been hiding who I am all of my life. When I left the intensive I knew who I was, what I was doing and how I was doing it for the first time in my life. This feeling has stayed with me since!

If it were just my story, I could think I am alone in this experience. But that is not the case. I have stayed in touch with the people from my class and they too have had profound experiences from this course that have stayed with them since. Everyone's experience was/is unique to them. Their words are different than mine. And yet this still speaks to the awesome personal growth that each of us recieved from attending this course.

The facilitators for this class are amazing. Lynell Beckstrom and Lynette Butcher (LL Heartway) have both been trainer/facilitators for many years. They provide an environment that challenges their participants while holding a level of safety, comfort and acceptance that is not always available in a personal growth and leadership training. They are both talented and gifted in assisting others to see their potential and step into it with confidence.

This course meets the requirement for Leadership Training to become a Rapid Eye Trainer. Regardless of your path in life, it can assist you to become more authentically YOU. You can be that lit flame so when people are in your presence they just want to lean in. I had expected to be pushed past my comfort zone, and to be blessed with the benifit of "stretching" myself past where I think I can go. I had no idea though, that what I would learn about myself would be so life changing. That I would be able to see so clearly what I could not see before inside. And that the training would bring such a sense of urgency to my life. To the quality of my life. To the acknowledgement of my somewhat passive existance. I was suprised at how easy it was for me to change my behavior, when the reality of it was pointed out so bluntly in front of a group. Like laughing, when I want to be taken seriously. I found my will-power. And, even just the poem process alone, moved so much energy that I am free of stuff that has been pulling me down for years. And, Life Boat, tramatic as it was, and still is, changed the way I see even the simplest things in my life. I recognize that metaphore everywhere I go, and I am able to choose, and to keep the integrity of my choices. If I am not living my life, no one else will. I trust myself more now. I know myself better. And I know what I value. Not just in my idealism, but truly, looking at my life, I am able now, to SEE what I really value by the results I am getting, and align what I see with what I want. Alchemist helped me stop running from myself. Helped me to honestly gage where I am at, so I may begin from here. I now choose to start living the life I want.
