Dear Alchemists:
Although we are currently doing Intensives, the desire has come to attention that many of you would like to have a Weirdshift Weekend and reconnect with our community. So Lava Hot Springs had one weekend open, so we took it! Please make plans NOW to come and reconnect and have some FUN! Getting your reservations in early will be very important as the weekend we were able to get was Memorial Day, May 28-30! Our community is awesome and we are both thrilled to get everyone connected and experience love and growth together. For tradition sake and due to next years weird-shift will be held in Texas, we will be at Aura Soma Lava Conference Center in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho. Please plan to come the entire time. Most alumni choose to get their own hotel rooms and we encourage this as we are a growing community. If you choose to stay in the conference center, it will be first come first serve, bring all your own bedding—there’s lots of floor. Please RSVP immediately to Lynell via email RETLynellB@aol.com, so that Lynette may get your FUN assignment to you ASAP!!! Below is the information:
Dates: May 28, 29, and 30, 2010
Times: Please plan to arrive at the Conference Center in Lava Hot Springs NO LATER than 8:30 am Friday May 28 and plan to stay until Sunday May 30 until 6 pm. You may wish to come a day early or stay a day later and enjoy the rest of the town—that’s up to you!
Food: $75. Our wonderful cook is back again—YEAH! Robert Raber will be providing all and meals. This means Friday lunch through Sunday lunch. That’s 7 meals for only $75. This Conference is food costs only, so please plan to bring a generous tip for Robert as he is not paid and fees: does this as a love offering for Heartway—so plan to tip—we are! Thank you Robert! Conference facility costs for you will be $70, $145 total. Below are the phone numbers for your personal lodging and directions to Lava Hot Springs, ID.
Registration: That makes the total for weird-shift weekend at $145. Make check or money order out to Lynell Beckstrom and mail to the above address.
Everyone please bring a package of toilet paper paper towels and a covered water bottle to use in the training space. Bring all personal belongings that you might need.
